34 Tex. Admin. Code § 20.560 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this section, shall have the following meaning unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) Contract manager--Has
the meaning assigned by Government Code, §
2262.001.
(2) Procurement director--The employee
designated by a state agency to oversee and be primarily responsible for the
procurement of goods and services for the agency.
