34 Tex. Admin. Code § 33.3 - Selection of Plan for Payment of Death Claim for an Incapacitated Person

Any selection of a plan for payment of a death claim for a person who is legally incapacitated must be made by the guardian of the estate of the incapacitated person or as otherwise provided by the law.
