34 Tex. Admin. Code § 67.105 - Depositions

Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties pursuant to § 67.11 of this chapter (relating to agreements to be in writing), the taking and use of depositions in any Proceeding shall be governed by the APA §§2001.094 - 2001.103.
