34 Tex. Admin. Code § 67.35 - Incorporation of Board or ERS Records by Reference

Any Pleading may adopt and incorporate, by specific reference, any part of any document or entry in the official files and records of the Board or of ERS. Such adoption by reference does not relieve Parties of their burden, under these rules, or other applicable law, to produce admissible evidence to support their claims.
