37 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.281 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context shall clearly indicate otherwise.
(1) Act--The
Negotiated Rulemaking Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 2008.
(2) Commission--The Public Safety
Commission.
(3) Department--The
Texas Department of Public Safety.
