37 Tex. Admin. Code § 148.44 - Motions

Unless made during a hearing, motions shall be made in writing, set forth the relief or order sought, and shall be filed with the Hearing Officer assigned to conduct the hearing. Motions based on matters which do not appear of record shall be supported by affidavit.
