37 Tex. Admin. Code § 15.147 - Interactive Access for Driver History Information
(a) In addition to the requirements listed in
this subchapter, requestors receiving driver history information via the
interactive system must provide the information required under §
15.144 of this title in an
electronic format.
(b) For release
of information in this manner, a maximum number of daily transactions will be
stipulated in the agreement. This maximum number will not be exceeded without
prior approval from the department.
