37 Tex. Admin. Code § 2.11 - Suspension and Revocation
(a) A Capitol
access pass shall be suspended upon notification of the department that a basis
for suspension exists, as provided in Government Code, §
411.187. The bases
provided in §411.187(a)(3) or (4) are not applicable to the
pass.
(b) A Capitol access pass
shall be revoked upon notification of the department that a basis for
revocation exists, as provided in Government Code, §
411.186.
(c) A pass shall be revoked if the
application fee is subsequently dishonored, reversed, or determined to be
insufficient, if the pass holder fails to submit valid payment in the amount of
the fee and an additional $30 processing fee within 30 days of being notified
by the department that the fee was dishonored, reversed, or insufficient. A new
application may be submitted at any time following a revocation under this
subsection. This subsection operates in lieu of Government Code, §
411.186(a)(6).
