37 Tex. Admin. Code § 211.15 - Specific Authority to Waive Rules
(a) The commissioners have determined that
good cause exists to delegate to the executive director the authority to waive
the rules of the commission :
(1) to update
existing courses or to add new courses and curriculum;
(2) to add new exams or to update existing
state licensing or certification exams;
(3) to conduct other special projects as
approved by the commissioners ; or
(4) for other reasons as may be authorized by
law .
(b) The executive
director will report these temporary waivers to the commissioners .
(c) The effective date of this section is
March 1, 2001.
