37 Tex. Admin. Code § 211.15 - Specific Authority to Waive Rules
(a)
The commissioners have determined that good cause exists to delegate to the
executive director the authority to waive the rules of the commission:
(1) to update existing courses or to add new
courses and curriculum;
(2) to add
new exams or to update existing state licensing or certification
exams;
(3) to conduct other special
projects as approved by the commissioners; or
(4) for other reasons as may be authorized by
law.
(b) The executive
director will report these temporary waivers to the commissioners.
(c) The effective date of this section is
March 1, 2001.
