37 Tex. Admin. Code § 211.17 - Fees and Payment
(a) The commission
may charge application fees for licenses, certificates, endorsements, duplicate
documents, and any other reasonable fees as authorized or required by law, as
formally approved and adopted.
(b)
Any fee or payment made to the commission by a person, agency, or other entity
shall be remitted by money order, cashier's check, agency check, or electronic
payment. Fees must be submitted with any required application, and are
non-refundable.
(c) The commission
shall adopt and publish a schedule of fees, annually, as authorized by this
section, at a regularly scheduled June meeting, to become effective September
1.
(d) The effective date of this
section is March 1, 2001.
