37 Tex. Admin. Code § 223.17 - Reinstatement of a License
(a) To
reinstate a suspended or probated license for a licensee that meets current
training requirements and has continually maintained legislatively required
continuing education for the duration of the suspension or probation, a
licensee must:
(1) make application for
reinstatement in the format currently prescribed by the commission;
and
(2) submit any required
fee(s).
(b) A licensee
that does not meet current training requirements, or has failed to continually
maintain the legislatively required continuing education for the duration of
the suspension or probation, must meet the reactivation of a license
requirement in the format currently prescribed by the commission.
(c) The effective date of this section is
November 1, 2018 .
