37 Tex. Admin. Code § 269.27 - Reports
(a) The sheriff of an
applicable county jail shall submit a report to the commission of transferred
inmates on a form prescribed by the commission. The report shall be delivered
to the commission not later than five days after the date of each transfer of
inmates.
(b) The sheriff of a
county for which an appropriate facility receiving transferred inmates is
operated shall submit a report and billing statement to the commission
representing the costs of maintenance of transferred inmates on a form
prescribed by the commission. The report and billing statement shall be
submitted not later than five days after the first and 15th day of each
month.
(c) Sheriffs may submit
reports on forms produced by automated data processing equipment which provide
required information when approved by the Executive Director. Such approved
reports shall be considered forms prescribed by the commission.
(d) A county is not eligible for payment
under this section if reports are not submitted by the sheriff or if
information required by the form(s) is not complete.
