37 Tex. Admin. Code § 343.644 - Spatial Requirements-SOHU
(a)
Individual resident sleeping quarters shall have a minimum ceiling height of
7.5 feet when measured from the floor to the lowest point in the
ceiling.
(b) Individual resident
sleeping quarters shall have a minimum of 60 square feet of floor
space.
