37 Tex. Admin. Code § 355.324 - Heating and Ventilation
(a) The facility
shall provide fully functioning heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
adequate for the square footage of the facility.
(b) Alternate means of ventilation in the
facility shall be maintained.
