37 Tex. Admin. Code § 355.346 - Fire Drills
(a) Fire drills shall
be conducted on all shifts at least every 90 calendar days. The facility shall
maintain documentation of the date, time, and name of the staff conducting each
fire drill.
(b) All staff on duty
in the facility shall participate in the fire drills.
(c) Facility exits shall be clear of
obstructions and properly marked for evacuation in the event of fire or
emergencies.
(d) Facility emergency
evacuation plans shall be posted in all common and housing areas.
