37 Tex. Admin. Code § 37.1 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) Department--The Texas
Department of Public Safety.
(2)
Online identifier--An online identifier as defined by Code of Criminal
Procedure, Article 62.001.
(3)
Provider--An eligible commercial social networking site as defined by Code of
Criminal Procedure, Article 62.0061, and approved by the department.
