37 Tex. Admin. Code § 445.5 - Duty To Comply; Enforcement
(a) An entity
regulated by the commission shall have the duty to implement and maintain
compliance with the rules and the Code.
(b) Every regulated entity under the Code
shall be given an inspection covering the categories established by the
commission. An entity found to be in noncompliance with the Code or rules of
the commission shall be subject to warnings, administrative penalties, and
other discipline as appropriate.
