4 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.703 - Employee Obligations
(a) General Employee
Obligations. Employees participating in the department's training and education
programs are obligated to comply with department policies and
procedures.
(b) Employee
Reimbursement Obligations. Employees who qualify for and receive educational
assistance tuition reimbursement are subject to additional obligations,
including a term of continued employment or repayment of tuition reimbursement,
as set forth Texas Government Code, Chapter 656, Subchapter D and in department
policy.
