4 Tex. Admin. Code § 21.34 - Foundation Block and Certified Budwood Fees

(a) An applicant for a foundation block shall pay a non-refundable application fee of $500 to the department.

(b) Any person that sells certified citrus budwood shall pay to the department a fee of $0.06 for each bud sold.

(c) Certified budwood fees shall be paid to the department by the 15th day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter for budwood sold during the previous calendar quarter and accompanied by budwood sale records as required by § 21.38(d) of this title (relating to Recordkeeping Requirements).
