4 Tex. Admin. Code § 226.1 - Application for Certification
(a) To be eligible for certification as a certified and insured prescribed burn manager, an individual must submit the following to the Department:
(1) a signed application on a form prescribed by the Board;
(2) documentation of experience, as set forth in §
226.3 of this title (relating to Experience);
(3) documentation of training, as set forth in §
226.4 of this title (relating to Training);
(4) the required fee, set forth in §
226.5 of this title (relating to Fees); and
(5) proof of insurance coverage that meets the minimum requirements of §
227.1 of this title (relating to Minimum Insurance Requirements).
(b) In accord with §
2.1 of this title (relating to Application for a License), an incomplete application for certification shall become void on the one-year anniversary of the submission of the incomplete application and an applicant will be required to resubmit the application. This action is not a denial of a license for any purpose under the Texas Government Code, the Texas Agriculture Code, or these rules.
