4 Tex. Admin. Code § 23.100 - Scope and Conflict of Law

Texas Agriculture Code, Chapter 41, Subchapter H and this subchapter govern the Beef Promotion and Research Council of Texas and the state beef check off program. To the extent that there is a conflict with other sections of this chapter, this subchapter shall control.
