4 Tex. Admin. Code § 56.2 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this section, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) Commission --the Texas
Animal Health Commission .
(2)
Employee --A regular, acting, or exempt, full- or part-time employee of the
Commission .
(3) Officer --A member
of the Commission 's governing board .
(4) Private donor --One or more individuals or
organizations that offer to give nonpublic financial assistance to the
Commission .
