40 Tex. Admin. Code § 363.1 - Consumer/Licensee Information
(a) The board
prepares and provides without cost a Consumer Information Sign (in English and
Spanish). The sign, or a reasonable facsimile of the sign, must be displayed in
a location of public access at the place(s) of business of any board
licensee.
(b) Board meetings are
announced and conducted under the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act,
Texas Government Code, § 551 et seq.
(c) The board intends that the public have a
reasonable opportunity to speak on issues that are under the jurisdiction of
the board. The board reserves the authority to limit the length of public
commentary.
(d) The licensee is
responsible for being knowledgeable of Title 3, Subtitle H, Chapter 454
Occupations Code, the Occupational Therapy Practice Act, and of the Texas Board
of Occupational Therapy Examiners' rules.
