40 Tex. Admin. Code § 367.4 - Process for Selecting a Peer Organization to Evaluate and Approve Continuing Education Courses
If the Board chooses to authorize a license holder peer organization in Texas to evaluate and approve continuing education courses:
(1) The Board will conduct a request
for proposals and bid process to select an organization, and
(2) The Board will request bids and proposals
at least once every four years.
