40 Tex. Admin. Code § 4.162 - Distribution

This subchapter shall be distributed to:

(1) members of the Texas MHMR Board;

(2) executive, management, and program staff at Central Office;

(3) superintendents/directors of all state MR facilities;

(4) executive directors of all mental retardation authorities; and

(5) advocacy organizations.
