40 Tex. Admin. Code § 460.4 - Application Requirements
A grant application received by the Agency shall meet the following requirements to be considered for funding:
(1) Completed according to grant application
instructions; and
(2) Received by
the Agency by the deadline established in the grant application
instructions.
