40 Tex. Admin. Code § 460.7 - Determination of Financial Stability
(a) An
applicant must show financial stability in order to be eligible for a grant
award. Criteria for the determination of financial stability are specified in
the grant application.
(b) A grant
application submitted with insufficient financial data to make a determination
of financial stability, as specified in the grant application instructions,
shall not be considered for funding.
(c) This section does not apply to counties
or municipalities.
