40 Tex. Admin. Code § 7.52 - Application

(a) This subchapter applies to contracts managed by the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation (TDMHMR) facilities and Central Office.
(b) This subchapter does not apply to:
(1) Medicaid provider contracts; or
(2) leases or contracts for sale of real property.
