40 Tex. Admin. Code § 730.104 - Submittal of Agenda Items

Any person who wishes to place an item or subject on the agenda must submit his request in writing to the executive director. Requests will be considered by the chairman in the order received and placed on the agenda for the next appropriate regularly scheduled meeting.
