40 Tex. Admin. Code § 730.305 - Copies of Hearing Tapes

Copies of tape recordings of public hearings held on proposed rules are provided in compliance with § 734.1 of this title (relating to Compliance with Public Information Act) at a cost of $2.00 per tape. Requests must be directed to Policy and Document Support--MC E-503, Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services, 701 West 51st Street, P.O. Box 149030, Austin, Texas 78714-9030.
