40 Tex. Admin. Code § 802.152 - Repayment
(a) The Board and
chief elected officials shall be jointly and severally liable for repayment to
the Agency from nonfederal funds for expenditures in the workforce area that
are found by the Agency not to have been expended in accordance §
802.102 of this chapter.
(b) An Agency grantee shall be liable for
repayment to the Agency from nonfederal funds for expenditures that are found
by the Agency not to have been expended in accordance with §
802.102 of this chapter.
