40 Tex. Admin. Code § 802.61 - Purpose
(a) The purpose of
this subchapter is to set forth the Agency's monitoring provisions and
respective responsibilities of Boards, workforce service providers, AEL grant
recipients, AEL service providers, and Agency grantees.
(b) The rules contained in this subchapter
apply in addition to any program-specific rules to all programs administered by
the Agency, except that to the extent of any conflict, the program-specific
rules will govern.
