40 Tex. Admin. Code § 802.86 - Reporting and Resolution Requirements
(a)
Boards, workforce service providers, and AEL grant recipients shall ensure that
monitoring reports identify instances of noncompliance with federal and state
laws and regulations and Agency policies, and provide recommendations for
corrective action and program quality enhancements.
(b) Boards, workforce service providers, and
AEL grant recipients shall ensure that timelines are established for the
completion of corrective actions, based on the severity of the deficiency, and
shall work with the workforce service providers or AEL service providers to
ensure implementation of corrective actions.
(c) Boards, workforce service providers, and
AEL grant recipients shall ensure that a copy of monitoring reports is provided
to Board members or AEL consortium members.
