40 Tex. Admin. Code § 807.261 - Requirement for Tour
(a) Schools are
required to provide a tour on or before the first scheduled class
day.
(b) Notwithstanding subsection
(a) of this section, distance education programs and seminars are not required
to provide the student a tour.
(c)
Students enrolled in a hybrid or blended program are required to be provided a
tour on or before the first scheduled class day.
(d) The student shall sign and date an
acknowledgement form certifying the completion of the tour.
