40 Tex. Admin. Code § 807.362 - Contents of Statement of Charges and Notice of Hearing
The statement of charges and notice of hearing issued by the Agency will contain the following information:
(1) The name and last known address of the
person against whom the order may be entered;
(2) A short and plain statement of the
reasons the Agency believes the person is operating a career school or college
without a certificate of approval; and
(3) The date, time, and location of the
hearing.
