40 Tex. Admin. Code § 819.121 - Discrimination Based on Familial Status
It is an unlawful housing practice to discriminate based on familial status. Familial status includes:
(1) pregnancy;
(2) being domiciled with an individual
younger than 18 years of age in regard to whom the person is the parent or
legal custodian or has the written permission of the parent or legal custodian
for domicile with that person; or
(3) being in the process of obtaining legal
custody of an individual younger than 18 years of age.
