40 Tex. Admin. Code § 821.61 - Proof of Payment
(a) When the
employer submits proof of payment, the Commission shall afford the claimant the
opportunity to contest the information submitted.
(b) A claimant who submits proof of payment
shall do so in writing by a signature verifiable by the Commission.
