40 Tex. Admin. Code § 856.53 - Customers Determined to Have Achieved Employment Outcome
(a) The Vocational Rehabilitation Division
(VRD) determines a customer to have achieved an employment outcome when the
following requirements are met:
(1) the
provision of services under the customer's individualized plan for employment
(IPE) has contributed to the achievement of the employment outcome;
(2) the customer has achieved the employment
outcome that is described in the customer's IPE and that is consistent with the
customer's strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities,
interests, and informed choice;
(3)
the employment outcome is in an integrated setting;
(4) the customer has maintained the
employment outcome for at least 90 days; and
(5) the customer and the vocational
rehabilitation counselor consider the employment outcome to be satisfactory and
agree that the customer is performing well on the job.
(b) After a customer has been determined to
have achieved an employment outcome, VRD informs the customer of the
availability of post-employment services as required to maintain, regain, or
advance in employment.
