40 Tex. Admin. Code § 876.8 - Standards of Conduct
(a) Standards of
conduct of members and employees of the council are governed by Texas
Government Code Annotated, Chapter 572, and by Human Resources Code Chapter
112.0161.
(b) Council members and
staff shall adhere to the conflict of interest policy approved by the
Council.
