43 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.37 - Notification of Decision

(a) The commission or the executive director, as specified by statute or department rule, will issue the decision in a contested case.

(b) After the decision is issued under subsection (a) of this section, the executive director will send a copy of the decision to each party or the party's authorized representative in the manner required by the APA.
