43 Tex. Admin. Code § 2.268 - Quarterly Reports for Archeological Sites and Cemeteries
Reports will be submitted by TxDOT to THC at least once per quarter, within 60 business days after the end of the calendar quarter. The report will list all projects for which TxDOT has documented that no historic properties and cemeteries are present in the project's area of potential effect, and those projects that will have no adverse effects on archeological historic properties and cemeteries.
