43 Tex. Admin. Code § 21.143 - License Required
(a) Except as provided by this subchapter, a person may not obtain a permit for a commercial sign under this subchapter unless the person holds a valid license issued under §
21.145 of this subchapter (relating to License Issuance; Amendment) or under §
21.450 of this chapter (relating to License Issuance) applicable to the county in which the sign is to be erected or maintained.
(b) A license is valid for one year.
(c) Each license holder shall notify the department not later than the 30th day after the date of a change in the mailing address, telephone number, or email address of the license holder.
