43 Tex. Admin. Code § 215.257 - Authorized Dealer
The term "authorized dealer" or a similar term shall not be used unless the advertising dealer holds both a franchised dealer license and a franchised dealer GDN to sell the motor vehicles the dealer identifies itself as "authorized" to sell.
