43 Tex. Admin. Code § 27.11 - Purpose

Transportation Code, § 228.151, authorizes the Texas Department of Transportation to lease, sell, or transfer a toll project to certain entities if approved by the Texas Transportation Commission and the governor. This subchapter prescribes the policies and procedures governing commission approval of the lease, sale, or transfer of a toll project.
