43 Tex. Admin. Code § 28.82 - Certification Required
An engineering firm must be certified under this subchapter before it may provide a report under § 28.86 of this subchapter (relating to Bridge Report) to be used by the department in determining the route for an oversize and overweight permit application for a superheavy load.
