43 Tex. Admin. Code § 30.201 - Purpose of Rules

The purpose of this subchapter is to set forth in a clear and concise manner the procedures, guidelines, and standards utilized to administer the Texas Aviation Facilities Development and Financial Assistance Program. This subchapter shall be construed liberally, with a view toward the purpose for which it was adopted.
