43 Tex. Admin. Code § 57.16 - Operation of Grant

All grants shall be conducted in accordance with the following:

(1) applicable federal or state laws, rules, regulations, policies, or procedures; and

(2) terms, conditions, standards, or stipulations of grant agreements.
