7 Tex. Admin. Code § 83.708 - Balloon Payments

Balloon payments are authorized in a secondary mortgage loan unless prohibited by other applicable law (for example, the high cost mortgage rules of Regulation Z - Truth in Lending, 12 C.F.R. 1026.32(d)(1), and Texas Finance Code, § 343.202).
