7 Tex. Admin. Code § 83.856 - Use of State Agency Name
It will be permissible for a licensee of the OCCC to publicly display or advertise the following or a substantially similar statement: "This office is licensed and examined by the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner of the State of Texas."
