7 Tex. Admin. Code § 85.606 - Surrender of License

(a) Winding down. When a licensee surrenders its license or ceases business operations, the licensee must comply with § 85.605 of this title (relating to Redemption of Goods After License Revocation or Suspension).
(b) Surrendering to avoid enforcement action. A licensee may not surrender a license after an enforcement action has been initiated without the written agreement of the OCCC.
